Robert Usakowski grew up in a family where public service was not just encouraged but viewed as a responsibility.

Robert Usakowski grew up in nearby Clawson, Michigan. He holds an Associates Degree in accounting, as well as, a bachelors degree in educational administration. He has been both a children's program director and teen director at Community Baptist Church in Kimball Township. Currently he serves on the school board of Baptist Christian Academy. Usakowski has been involved in many community service ativities including, food drives, Adopt-A-Stream, and is currently a St Clair County 4H leader.

Robert has been married to his wife Cathie for 18 years. Together they have three daughters. His entire family is active within the community.

Usakowski has served in Macomb County as a school administrator for Antioch Baptist Academy. Here the school grew from 125 student to 200 students in three short years. He also managed a tight budget, where the only source of income was student tuition. Currently, Usakowski works for Blakely Products where he oversees all technology and accounting for the corporation.

After carefully observing the administration of the township, Usakowski became concerned for the future of the wonderful township he now call home. With his educational background and experiences he can lead Kimball Township into the next generation. Through sound management, communication with our citizens, and fiscal responsibility, we can keep our taxes one of the lowest in St. Clair County.
